Rod is passionate about assisting people to get out of the daily grind of where they are, or they feel, trapped in a role
or career that is not them. Having had several of those experiences in his earlier careers in organisations and corporations,
he knows only too well the challenges and pains of working inauthentically and being out of alignment with who he
is. Rod takes his responsibility as a Mentor, Coach and Trainer sincerely as he really wants to understand who you
are, where you are, why you want a career change or transition, where you want to go and how you can best get there.
